Living in the 21st Century, the mindset of people become so temporary that many things become so replaceable; Love, relationship or even kinship
and how many people out there still willing to stay true to their marriage vows (in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do us part) especially when one of the couple is facing issues such as addiction, health problems or even terminal illnesses?
I met this couple this morning, after listening to their stories I see the power of LOVE in them
and how meaningful and practical marriage vows are being set.
No one can predict what will happen in the future neither can one predicts the change of other's character and personality but what touches me is the underlying meaning of staying true to each other no matter what comes in the way.
Listening to how much hardship this couple had being through make me wonder about the Power of Love.
The statement of "If I love he, I will always be with him no matter what" really strike me.
A cliche line can really be so true.
This make me doubt myself... if I'm in their shoes will I be like them or will have resort to other alternative? the mental struggles and physical stresses both the couple might gone through is bad enough not forgetting conflict and tension might arise during that period yet they still stay by each other, caring and loving.
Will mine me like their? that would be a huge question mark right now.
I really wish it will..
